[Open Babel] Problems installing OpenBabel

I’m trying to install OB on my Mac but running into problems.
Please see attached screen and files.
I am not very good with programming so please reply in layman’s terms!

Hi,

It seems like you have a problem with the XCode tools on your computer. Either it's broken or it's not installed. Try the instructions at http://osxdaily.com/2014/02/12/install-command-line-tools-mac-os-x/ and then retry the installation of open babel.
